Welcome to Ahhaa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Ahhaa World Online Services Pvt Ltd ("Ahhaa", "we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the Ahhaa mobile application, website, content, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Ahhaa is a wellness and emotional intelligence platform that delivers guided practices, wisdom content, habit-building tools, and live/institutional engagement to help individuals and schools cultivate emotional awareness and positive behavioral change. Our mission is to enable the world to live with more awareness, gratitude, and action.

  1. Eligibility

To use the Services:

    • You must be at least 13 years of age or the minimum legal age in your country of residence.
    • If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent.
    • Schools and institutions must be authorized to engage with Ahhaa and its content on behalf of their students or members.
  1. User Account

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Maintain and promptly update your information.

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • All activities under your account.
  • Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
  1. License & Access

Ahhaa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
  1. Subscription & Payment

5.1 Free & Premium Tiers

  • Ahhaa offers a freemium model. Users can access basic content for free.
  • Ahhaa Plus is a premium subscription that unlocks a full suite of features, including advanced content, deeper practices, exclusive audio journeys, and enhanced personalization.
  • Ahhaa Plus is available via two flexible plans: a monthly subscription for users seeking short-term or trial-based access, and an annual subscription for those committed to long-term growth at a discounted rate.

Subscription access may include app content, event invites, and early access to new features, which may change from time to time.

5.2 Billing

  • Subscription fees are processed securely via the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
  • The user agrees to the pricing, billing cycle (monthly or yearly), and auto-renewal terms at the time of purchase.
  • Taxes may be added depending on your location.

5.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
  • Cancellations prevent future billing but do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
  • Deleting the app from your device does not cancel your subscription.

5.4 Refunds

  • All payments are handled by the respective app store. Ahhaa does not manage payment processing and therefore cannot issue refunds directly.
  • Refund policies are subject to Google Play and Apple App Store terms and may vary by region.

5.5 Pricing Changes

  • Ahhaa reserves the right to update subscription pricing with prior notice to users.
  • Any change in price will apply to your next billing cycle, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before renewal if desired.
  1. Institutional Use

Ahhaa offers special access packages to educational institutions and organizations that are aligned with our mission to bring emotional awareness, mental fitness, and positive habit formation into educational environments.

Institutional users agree to:

  • Enter into a separate agreement outlining scope, access, and responsibilities.
  • Appoint a school coordinator or institutional liaison responsible for communications and onboarding.
  • Distribute login credentials securely and solely for student and faculty use.
  • Ensure all users are aware of and consent to Ahhaa's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Comply with data privacy obligations under local, national, and international regulations.

Ahhaa will provide:

  • Admin dashboard access for tracking app engagement and reporting.
  • Orientation resources for students and teachers.
  • Customized onboarding webinars and optional live keynotes or workshops.
  • Analytics and insights (in aggregate form) to help institutions measure impact.

Additional considerations:

  • Institutions are prohibited from sublicensing or reselling Ahhaa access without written consent.
  • All content remains the intellectual property of Ahhaa and may not be archived, downloaded, or repurposed.
  • Institutional access is subject to periodic review and can be revoked if misused.
  • Annual renewals will be based on updated pricing, impact reporting, and compliance with usage guidelines.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content and features in the Services, including but not limited to logos, text, images, audio, video, software, and trademarks are owned by Ahhaa or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, republish, copy, transmit, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written permission from Ahhaa.
  • Use our trademarks, trade names, or logos without express written authorization.
  • Create derivative works based on Ahhaa content or Services.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Services

Any unauthorized use of the Services or content may violate intellectual property laws and could result in legal action.

If you believe that any content on Ahhaa infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please follow the procedure outlined in the DMCA section of this document.

  1. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services in a responsible, respectful, and lawful manner. This includes, but is not limited to, the following obligations,

Prohibited behaviors include:

  • Reproduce, republish, copy, transmit, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written permission from Ahhaa.
  • Harassing, threatening, bullying, or intimidating others
  • Uploading or sharing content that is violent, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Engaging in spamming, phishing, or attempts to collect personal information without consent.
  • Using the platform to promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activity.
  • Attempting to interfere with the security, functionality, or integrity of the platform through hacking, malware, or reverse engineering.
  • Impersonating another user, public figure, company, or Ahhaa staff member.
  • Circumventing or attempting to circumvent access restrictions or usage limits.

Ahhaa reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in response to violations, including account suspension or termination and notification to law enforcement authorities.

  1. Content Submission

By submitting, uploading, or sharing any form of content through the Services (including but not limited to testimonials, comments, feedback, suggestions, videos, or user-generated practices), you grant Ahhaa a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and publicly display such content in any format, media, or channel for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Services.

You agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
  • You have all necessary rights to submit such content.
  • Your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
  • You will not submit content that is misleading, harmful, or violates applicable laws.

Ahhaa reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, monitor, or remove any user-submitted content at its discretion and without notice.

Ahhaa does not own, control, or operate any Third-Party Services. Accordingly:

  • We do not endorse, assume responsibility for, or guarantee the accuracy, content, functionality, or security of any Third-Party Services.
  • Your use of any Third-Party Services is entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those third parties.
  • Any personal information you provide directly to a third-party service (such as a payment gateway or social login provider) will be governed by their privacy policy and data handling practices.

Examples of Third-Party Services that may be used within or alongside Ahhaa include:

  • App store platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store)

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • You engage in harmful behavior toward other users or the platform.
  • Your subscription expires or is canceled.

You may also terminate your account by contacting support or using the in-app settings.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties
  • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • We make no warranties regarding physical, mental, or emotional outcomes from using the platform.
  • Ahhaa is not a medical service and does not provide clinical diagnoses, treatment, or therapy.
  • The content offered is intended for general wellness and educational purposes only.
  • You should not rely on Ahhaa content as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed mental health provider.
  • If you are experiencing a crisis or serious mental health concern, you should immediately consult with a qualified mental health professional or contact local emergency services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Ahhaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, service interruption, or other intangible losses arising from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.
  • This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought, including breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and even if Ahhaa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Ahhaa is not liable for any conduct or content of any user or third party on the Services.
  • Ahhaa disclaims all liability related to any decisions you make based on content accessed via the Services, including but not limited to mental health or lifestyle decisions.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Ahhaa for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 5,000.

This section shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and your use of the Services.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Binding arbitration under the applicable laws and dispute resolution procedures of the Government of India.
  • No class actions allowed.
  • Small claims court if applicable and within scope.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra. By using the Services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections related to jurisdiction or venue.

16. Modifications to Terms

Ahhaa may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Supplemental Terms for Schools and Organizations

For schools and educational organizations:

  • Use of the Services must comply with all relevant data privacy and protection laws (e.g., COPPA, FERPA, GDPR).
  • Institutions must secure proper consent from students and/or guardians for the collection and processing of personal data.
  • Certificates and recognition levels are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and subject to renewal.
  • Each institution is responsible for appointing a point of contact (POC) to liaise with Ahhaa regarding onboarding, student engagement, and usage reporting.
  • Schools must ensure that Ahhaa content is not distributed outside the student and educator community without written permission.
  • Institutions participating in the certification program must complete periodic evaluations, feedback surveys, and impact measurement assessments as outlined in the onboarding kit.
  • Ahhaa reserves the right to modify certification criteria, engagement formats, or reward mechanisms with reasonable notice provided to enrolled institutions.
  • Bulk access credentials (Ahhaa Plus codes) shared with schools are time-limited, non-transferable, and governed by user-level terms.
  • Any live sessions or workshops promised in the package must be scheduled within the contract year unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Institutions shall not use Ahhaa materials or branding in third-party promotions, grant applications, or events without prior approval from Ahhaa.

19. DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

Ahhaa respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA),

please notify our designated agent at the contact information below with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Services.
  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

For schools and educational organizations:

  • Certificates and recognition levels are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and subject to renewal.
  • Each institution is responsible for appointing a point of contact (POC) to liaise with Ahhaa regarding onboarding, student engagement, and usage reporting.
  • Schools must ensure that Ahhaa content is not distributed outside the student and educator community without written permission.
  • Institutions participating in the certification program must complete periodic evaluations, feedback surveys, and impact measurement assessments as outlined in the onboarding kit.
  • Ahhaa reserves the right to modify certification criteria, engagement formats, or reward mechanisms with reasonable notice provided to enrolled institutions.
  • Bulk access credentials (Ahhaa Plus codes) shared with schools are time-limited, non-transferable, and governed by user-level terms.
  • Any live sessions or workshops promised in the package must be scheduled within the contract year unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Institutions shall not use Ahhaa materials or branding in third-party promotions, grant applications, or events without prior approval from Ahhaa.

19. DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

Ahhaa respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA),

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Ahhaa World Online Services Pvt Ltd ("Ahhaa", "we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the Ahhaa mobile application, website, content, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Our mission is to enable the world to live with more awareness, gratitude, and action.

  1. Eligibility

To use the Services:

    • You must be at least 13 years of age or the minimum legal age in your country of residence.
    • If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent.
    • Schools and institutions must be authorized to engage with Ahhaa and its content on behalf of their students or members.
  1. User Account

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account.

You agree to:

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • All activities under your account.

Ahhaa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
  1. Subscription & Payment

5.1 Free & Premium Tiers

  • Ahhaa offers a freemium model. Users can access basic content for free.
  • Ahhaa Plus is a premium subscription that unlocks a full suite of features, including advanced content, deeper practices, exclusive audio journeys, and enhanced personalization.
  • Ahhaa Plus is available via two flexible plans: a monthly subscription for users seeking short-term or trial-based access, and an annual subscription for those committed to long-term growth at a discounted rate.

Subscription access may include app content, event invites, and early access to new features, which may change from time to time.

5.2 Billing

  • Subscription fees are processed securely via the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
  • The user agrees to the pricing, billing cycle (monthly or yearly), and auto-renewal terms at the time of purchase.
  • Taxes may be added depending on your location.

5.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
  • Cancellations prevent future billing but do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
  • Deleting the app from your device does not cancel your subscription.

5.4 Refunds

  • All payments are handled by the respective app store. Ahhaa does not manage payment processing and therefore cannot issue refunds directly.
  • Refund policies are subject to Google Play and Apple App Store terms and may vary by region.

5.5 Pricing Changes

  • Ahhaa reserves the right to update subscription pricing with prior notice to users.
  • Any change in price will apply to your next billing cycle, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before renewal if desired.
  1. Institutional Use

Ahhaa offers special access packages to educational institutions and organizations that are aligned with our mission to bring emotional awareness, mental fitness, and positive habit formation into educational environments.

Institutional users agree to:

  • Enter into a separate agreement outlining scope, access, and responsibilities.
  • Appoint a school coordinator or institutional liaison responsible for communications and onboarding.
  • Distribute login credentials securely and solely for student and faculty use.
  • Ensure all users are aware of and consent to Ahhaa's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Comply with data privacy obligations under local, national, and international regulations.

Ahhaa will provide:

  • Admin dashboard access for tracking app engagement and reporting.
  • Orientation resources for students and teachers.
  • Customized onboarding webinars and optional live keynotes or workshops.
  • Analytics and insights (in aggregate form) to help institutions measure impact.

Additional considerations:

  • Institutions are prohibited from sublicensing or reselling Ahhaa access without written consent.
  • All content remains the intellectual property of Ahhaa and may not be archived, downloaded, or repurposed.
  • Institutional access is subject to periodic review and can be revoked if misused.
  • Annual renewals will be based on updated pricing, impact reporting, and compliance with usage guidelines.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content and features in the Services, including but not limited to logos, text, images, audio, video, software, and trademarks are owned by Ahhaa or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Reproduce, republish, copy, transmit, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written permission from Ahhaa.
  • Use our trademarks, trade names, or logos without express written authorization.
  • Create derivative works based on Ahhaa content or Services.

By submitting, uploading, or sharing any form of content through the Services (including but not limited to testimonials, comments, feedback, suggestions, videos, or user-generated practices), you grant Ahhaa a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and publicly display such content in any format, media, or channel for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Services.
