Stress & Burnout
Mentored by a Former Monk & A Mom
Diane Bacchus is a Wisdom Leader, Global Speaker, Sony Artist, Co-founder of Ahhaa & Mom of Two
Diane's humble journey began when she started working at the age of 9 selling bread door to door to help her family make ends meet. It was then she also started her inner growth journey asking questions on life. Although she later worked in Corporate America and ran her own business, she was more drawn to helping people out of any inner challenges they may have.
Diane has spoken on global stages including The United Nations, Harvard Medical School, and Columbia University to name a few. She has met with the Prime Minister of India and global dignitaries bringing mind wellbeing to them. Her need to impact has led her to Haiti after the 2010 earthquake to help out. However, her passion to bring mind growth to kids took centerfold when she became a mom herself.
Diane's kids have been learning the tools she teaches since they were toddlers and by the age of 9 and 10 years old this learning steered them towards performing at Carnegie Hall, The United Nations, and Harvard Medical School. Her 11 years old daughter will soon start her first internship at Columbia University TC summer of 2019.
What People Say
As the guidance counselor at P.S 100, i enjoyed this program for our 5th grade female students. It was a good way to remind them about self acceptance and self-love. We considered this presentation a parting gift to our 5th grade girls who will soon be going off to Middle school. The students were engaged, and happy and eager to participate in the last breathing exercise. I would recommend Ahhaa programs to other schools.
